This high-level progressive course is designed to help dancers understand Afro-Cuban & Rumba movement and apply it naturally into Cuban Salsa (Casino) & Timba*.

You will learn:
• Afro-Cuban body movement & Orishas
• Traditional Cuban Rumba technique
• Men’s & Ladies styling
• Musicality, rhythm & flow
• How to incorporate Afro & Rumba flavour into social dancing
